Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of bestforuprompter (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the terms below.
1. About the Service
The Service is a Document PiP overlay prompter that auto-scrolls your script during video interviews and presentations, and uses AI to generate answer keywords when it recognizes a question from the other side. Some features (PDF upload, unlimited AI answers, gaze tracking, etc.) may be limited by plan.
2. Accounts and user responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at sign-in, and you must not share your account with others or use the Service for unlawful purposes (for example, in a way that violates the rules of an exam or institution you’re part of).
3. Subscriptions and billing
The Pro/Premium plans run on recurring billing (monthly or annual, auto-renewing) charged to a credit or debit card. Payments are processed through Toss Payments; card details are not stored on our servers and are held securely by the payment gateway. Each subscription renews automatically at the end of its billing cycle, and you may cancel at any time with a single click in your account settings. Cancelling does not affect the period you have already paid for, and no further charge occurs from the next cycle onward. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, you may request a full (100%) refund. Full details on pricing, billing cycles, and the refund process are on the pricing page (/price).
4. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for any resume/context you submit and for how you ultimately use AI-generated answers and their outcome. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
5. Changes and interruptions
The Service may change or temporarily suspend features for operational or technical reasons; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
